Vocational Programs

Our programs provide training and create a unique space to make skill development aspirational for youth from underserved pockets of the nation. We foster a culture of innovation, exploration and learning for youth and help corporates contribute to the skilling ecosystem, eventually linking them to employment or entrepreneurial careers.
Association
NSDC: Established on July 31, 2008, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is the principal architect of the skill ecosystem in the country. It is a unique Public Private Partnership (PPP) enterprise working under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India. NSDC was established with the objective to catalyse the skilling ecosystem for private sector participation and be the strategic implementation and knowledge partner to Skill India Mission to build efficient vocational training initiatives, empowering India’s youth. NSDC provides support to enterprises, start-ups, companies, and organizations that are creating an impact by offering a world of opportunities in futuristic skills to the potential workforce. The organization develops appropriate models to enhance, support, and coordinate private sector initiatives in skilling by offering funding support to eligible entities, concessional loans to the candidates along with other innovative financial products, and builds strategic partnerships."

EduBridge has been associated with NSDC since 2009 and was the 7th Training Partner. EduBridge was adjudged “The Best Performing Start-up” by NSDC in (2011-12)
Sector Skill Councils (SSC): Since NSDC’s inception, one of the major pillars of their strength are Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), which play a vital role in bridging the gap between what the industry demands and what the skilling requirements ought to be. The National Occupational Standard is one of the most significant contributions of NSDC to India's skilling ecosystem - something that was made possible by the SSCs, which are national partnership organizations that bring together all the stakeholders - industry, labour and the academia.

Anatomy of the Vocational Program: 360 Degree Intervention model

Integrated/Holistic Career Development Program including Mobilizing, Counseling, Training, Assessments and Certification, Placements and Post Placement Support

The team will include Program Coordinator, Trainers, Mobilizer/Social Workers, Counsellors, Placement Officers and Program Manager along with other shared resources as necessary
3
Beneficiaries would be in the age group of 13-20 years and will be completing their education in various Vocational Programs
4
Guest Lectures to be provided to beneficiaries by expert from respective Industries/Sectors
5
Training to be delivered offline through certified Trainers.
